Thomas B. Carpenter is a 1993 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA. He is now practicing law in Willow Grove, PA. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery Bar Association, Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Willow Grove Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Willow Grove.
Mr. Carpenter is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Willow Grove and the Sunny Willow Swim Club in Upper Dublin, PA.
Previously, Mr. Carpenter practiced in law firms located in Wilkes-Barre, PA and Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Carpenter also served for several years as the General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for a publicly traded corporation in the Philadelphia area.
Mr. Carpenter is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and all state courts within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In 1986, Mr. Carpenter received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Carpenter also earned a Certified Public Accountant license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania* and worked for a major international public accounting firm in both New York, NY and Philadelphia, PA.
